Deep groove marine bearings use situations

Deep groove marine bearings are the most professional bearings with a wide range of uses. They can accept radial load and bidirectional axial load. They are practical for high-speed winding and places requiring low noise and low vibration. Sealed bearings with steel plate dust caps or rubber gaskets are later filled with excessive lubricating grease. Bearings with a stop ring or flange on the outer ring facilitate axial positioning and facilitate installation in the shell. The maximum load bearing is opposite to the standard bearing, but there is a filling groove in the inner and outer rings, which increases the number of balls and increases the extra load.

Self-aligning ball bearing

For spherical roller bearings, disassemble the bearing with drum rollers between the inner ring with two raceways and the outer ring with spherical raceways. The curvature core of the raceway surface of the outer ring is different from the core of the bearing because of the same self-aligning performance as the active self-aligning ball bearing. When the shaft and shell flex, it can actively adjust the load and the axial load at two positions. The radial load is powerful, and it is practically used in the situation of heavy load and charge trapped load. The inner diameter of the inner ring is a bearing with a tapered bore, which can be installed indirectly. Or use an adapter sleeve and assemble the barrel device on the cylindrical shaft. The retainer uses the stamped steel version retainer, polyamide molded retainer and copper alloy car retainer.

Needle bearing

The basic structure of industrial needle roller bearings with inner ring bearings is opposite to that of NU type cylindrical roller bearings, but because needle rollers are adopted, the volume can be reduced, and large radial loads can be accepted. Bearings without inner ring need to have suitable precision and angle The device surface of the shaft is used as a raceway surface.

Thrust needle roller bearings

Combined bearings are formed by raceway rings, needle rollers and cage components, and can be combined freely with stamped thin raceway rings (W) or cut thick raceway rings (WS). The non-combined bearing is an overall type marine bearings formed by the raceway ring, needle roller and cage assembly after fine stamping. This type of bearing can accept unidirectional axial load. The time occupied is small, which is beneficial to the loose design of the machine. Most of them only adopt the needle roller and cage assembly, and use the shaft and shell device surface as the raceway surface. Tapered roller bearings This type of bearing is equipped with round table-shaped rollers, which are guided by the large rib of the inner ring. It is assumed that the peaks of the conical surfaces of the inner ring raceway surface, the outer ring raceway surface and the roller bone surface intersect on the smaller half of the bearing core line. Single-row bearings can accept radial loads and unidirectional axial loads, and double-row bearings can accept radial loads and bidirectional axial loads. They are actually used to accept heavy loads and assault loads. Cylindrical roller bearings are based on the opposite of the row number of the bearing assembly. Cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into single-row, double-row and multi-row cylindrical roller bearings. The single row cylindrical roller bearing with cage is used more frequently in the inner.
